Ya ni me acuerdo de la pila de años que venimos oyendo aquello del teletrabajo. Que si es mejor para todos, que si las personas pueden conciliar vida familiar y laboral, que si se ahorran costes, que si patatin que si patatan, y el sursum corda.La cruda verdad es que el Teletrabajo en España es inexistente salvo en sectores marginales. Básicamente teletrabaja el que no puede encontrar un trabajo decente, y vemos amas de casa teleoperadoras de lineas eróticas y demás inventos.
La realidad del teletrabajo en España es que los empresarios se piensan, que como el tipo trabaja desde su casa, no le pueden controlar y que se va a tocar los huevos todo el dia, sin afeitar, y con el chandal puesto. Eso en el caso en que abiertamente son negativos a la idea. En el caso positivo, tampoco va mucho mejor la cosa, pues en este caso el empresario considera que lo importante del teletrabajo es un ahorro de costes, y ahorran tanto que en muchas ocasiones se olvidan hasta de pagar la seguridad social y demas incentivos a sus empleados. Vamos, que se soplan por el forro medio sueldo con la excusa de que "total, si ni siquiera te gastas en transporte".
No voy a comentar tampoco que la infraestructura tecnologica de nuestro pais, con lineas ADSL que pronto seran superadas por Marruecos, y el caracter tan nuestro, tan Español, segun el cual un alto porcentaje de curritos necesitan que un jefe cabrón les sople en la nuca para que hagan algo productivo durante la jornada en vez de dedicarse a chatear por el skype y hacer chirigota y caricaturas de todo lo que se menea (algo de experiencia tengo en esto), pasando gran parte del tiempo tocandose los huevos, pero en la oficina, que se está fresquito.
El otro porcentaje restante no tendría freno y serian capaces de enclaustrarse en su casa trabajando 24 horas diarias hasta el agotamiento. Hay gente que no tiene limite. Cada vez veo mas lejos esta España nuestra de aquella Europa Hanseática, tan de terminar a las 5 la jornada y responsabilizarse de los resultados, no del tiempo que uno pasa en la oficina. Ya no tengo claro si es culpa de nuestra sacrosanta direccion, cerrilmente obcecada en la disciplina de " el reloj de fichar no vale una mierda y que cojones es eso de irse a las 7", o tambien es culpa nuestra, por no hace énfasis en lo importante frente a lo accesorio, esto es, en que el trabajo se haga bien, y no que salga como sea mientras estoy palmando horas como un gilipollas para que nadie diga.
Obviamente dejo fuera del argumento los realmente enclaustrados, monjas y frailes de conventos que se dedican a realizar trabajos para diferentes empresas desde sus cubiculos, que lo mismo te rezan un Ave María, que te pican una base de datos, y a veces, las dos cosas al mismo tiempo, de puro hábito. Pingues beneficios se lleva la iglesia con esto, además de por la venta de la orina de las monjas. ¿No me creen ? Investiguen un poco.
En suma, todo tan cuesta arriba, que como suele ocurrir, de un dia para otro cambia a mamporrazos. Y en este caso va a ser la famosa nueva gripe la que va a forzar las cosas para que el que pueda trabajar desde su casa, lo haga.
Sabido como se sabe el caracter tan Español de nuestros empresarios, que prefieren que sus empleados griposos vengan a trabajar aunque su productividad sea nula durante una semana, en vez de quedarse un par de dias en la cama, y de paso contagian al resto de empleados, con lo que del primero al ultimo todos tienen una semana de productividad nula, hasta volver al primero, y vuelta a empezar; no me extrañaria que las oficinas Españolas quedaran despobladas este otoño.
Lo malo es que será "por cojones". Con alguna muerte incluida. No por sentido comun.
